At West Coast Eye Care, we feel your treatment should not only be effective, but also affordable. We are glad to help with setting up financial arrangements for you prior to your treatment.
If you have insurance, please be familiar with your policy’s benefits. We will need this information from you during your pre-registration call. Also, if pre-certification, pre-authorization or a second opinion is required from your insurance, please be sure to procure this prior to your treatment date. Otherwise, your treatment may be delayed or cancelled.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will file your insurance claims as long as we have your complete information. Please remember that we only work for you, the patient, and not the insurance company. Therefore, you are responsible for payment to your account. Charges not covered by your insurance are payable at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.

If you do not participate in one of the above plans, you may still seek care at West Coast Eye Care; however, it may be considered “out of network.” If you do not have insurance, you must make finncial arrangements in advance of your treatment date.
